Sydney was so helpful with material choice for a chair. Also Ethan Allen offers replacement cushions for our recliner. Sydney offered a reasonable option. She so knowledgeable!

I had a fantastic customer experience with Sydney at Ethan Allen. For years I have wanted to redo my formal living room. I entered chat off Ethan Allen’s website and had a complete redesign of my space in an afternoon including 3D renderings. I loved everything the designer chose, and completed my purchase within 24 hours. Thank you so much Sydney for the incredibly easy experience! Truly top notch!

Absolutely recommend Mellisa for all of your design needs. She has the experience, style and desire to make you happy. I have never had a better retail experience. My entire home was envisioned by her and thought out by her. I have never felt better about purchasing from Ethan Allen knowing her love for the products she was selling. Her guidance and knowledge made this project a breeze. She is undoubtedly my best retail experience. My home will be spectacular, thanks to Mellissa!!! She stayed with me the whole way. We have purchased a few accent pieces from the warehouse sale Lately. Once they got delivered i knew right away i need professional help from an interior designer who knows how to arrange those beautiful pieces, and also get their opinion on what else will complete the setup. Sydney was the one!! the experience has been nothing but positive, I can’t thank her enough! Her visit to see my space,her choice of fabrics and colors. Main thing i never felt pressured while selecting any of the fabrics or couches and always felt welcomed at the store.. Overall great experience. Thank you Sydney

I have two sofas from Ethan Allen that I bought 8 years ago. The quality is insane. You would think they’re only a year old. They’re a light oatmeal color and I would have thought they would be stained by now but they look great. That’s even with a big family (we’re talking 5 kids, in-laws, and 6 grandkids). I remember being nervous because the cushions were stiff when I first got them, but they loosened up over a few months and are comfortable and still hold great shape - absolutely no sagging. I just got them professionally cleaned yesterday and was just reflecting on how long they’ve been - thought they deserve a review!
